There are lots of reasons why you might need a little help to buy a home – from affording the monthly payments to raising a deposit.
Co-Ownership is a not-for-profit organisation that helps home buyers take their next step on the property ladder – whether buying for the first time or moving home. You don’t even need a deposit!
Shared ownership means you buy as much as you can afford of your chosen home and Co-Ownership buy the rest. You can buy between 50% and 90% share of the property, using a mortgage with the Society - you pay a mortgage on your part and pay rent on the Co-Ownership share. When you’re able to, you can increase your share in the house bit-by-bit until you own it all. The Society has a range of mortgage products available for Co-Ownership applications. Why not make an appointment with one of our qualified mortgage advisers, through our online booking system.
For more information about Co-Ownership visit their website co-ownership.org.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
