If you’ve been asked to upload a bank statement for your nominated bank account, please use the Head Office option when asked to confirm your nearest branch. If you’re a solicitor uploading a Certificate of Title or related documents, please choose the Head Office option.
Our document upload facility allows documents to be sent quickly and securely using your computer, tablet or mobile phone. Examples of documents which can be uploaded are forms we’ve requested from you, photo ID, bank statements, Certificates of Title and related documents.
Before beginning the upload process, please save your documents to your device and upload your document(s) using ‘Choose Files’. We can accept the following formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOCX or PDF (max size 20mb).
On receipt of your email, we aim to respond to you within 5 business days.
