Julie O'Brien, Rachel Rogers, Lorna Craig, Danielle Murphy, Andrea Brown, Jane Steen, Denise McKinley, Catherine Moore, Karmen Barnes, and Irene Connor join fellow ABM Ryan Turner as 10 female leaders paving the way across the local branch network.
As part of Progressive’s ongoing recruitment drive, most of the female Assistant Branch Managers have been appointed in the past year.
Commenting Progressive’s Head of Human Resources, Ailsa McNeill, said: “At Progressive, we are committed to investing in the development of each of our employees. With six of the ABMs completing the ILM leadership development through the Society before taking up their new posts, Progressive is delighted to see the positive results of the training and support provided internally.
