Standard Variable Rates (SVR) & Discounted Rates:
We're currently working out what the base rate change means for our members on the Standard Variable Rate (SVR) and Discounted Rates.

Fixed Rate Mortgages:
If you're on a fixed rate mortgage you don't need to do anything as nothing will change in your fixed interest rate or mortgage payments.
