We are pleased to announce that from today, 10th August, our mortgage advisors can conduct video mortgage appointments with customers.
Covid-19 guidance and social distancing procedures mean we cannot currently invite customers to have appointments in branch. Whilst our mortgage advisors are successfully conducting appointments by phone, the introduction of video appointments provides our customers with a choice in how they deal with us, and it will enable our mortgage advisors to maintain the personal, face-to-face approach that we are known and valued for.
Video appointments will follow the same approach as face-to-face or telephone mortgage appointments, with customers then given the option to receive their follow-up mortgage documentation via post or secure email.
