Progressive Building Society has engaged with Grant Thornton for the fourth year in a row to issue the Customer Loyalty and Experience Assessment and Benchmark (CLIX) survey to our Members.

Grant Thornton has been commissioned to issue a Customer Loyalty and Experience Assessment and Benchmark (CLIX) Survey via email to Progressive Members. This survey will be sent to a random sample of our Members. The survey benchmarks Progressive against other financial institutions and retailers both locally and across the UK, providing feedback on which areas of customer service and experience are working well, and where improvements could be made.  Selected Members will receive an email which will look like the image below, should you receive this email, please be assured that this is genuine and secure.
