Progressive Building Society recognised as an Investor In People

Progressive Building Society, Northern Ireland’s largest locally owned financial institution, has become the only local financial institution to achieve the gold accreditation against the sixth generation Investors in People Standard. The Society joins the top two per cent of accredited organisations across the UK, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management.

Employing 180 people across its 12 branches and Belfast-based head office, Progressive has a strong presence in towns and cities across Northern Ireland and is an integral part of the local economy.
