Important Information about The Progressive Online

The Progressive Online is no longer available, having been shut down on 16th December 2019 at 23:59. If you used The Progressive Online, you will have been contacted via email on 30th September 2019 advising you of this and outlining the options available to you, which are detailed again below for your reference.

If you used The Progressive Online to operate an e-Bond account

Your e-Bond will have been closed on 3rd December, and you will no longer receive digital statements from us. Your account funds will have been returned to your nominated bank account within three working days following 3rd December without penalty, along with any interest due up until your e-Bond maturity date. This means that you will have received all the interest due for the duration of your bond even though you received it early.

If you used The Progressive Online to operate a Regular e-Saver account

If you did not contact us prior to 3rd December, the funds in your account will automatically have been returned to your nominated bank account within three working days following 3rd December and without penalty. You will need to stop the regular electronic payments into your account, if you haven’t already. If these payments are not stopped, the money will be returned to your nominated bank account.

If you used The Progressive Online to view or get statements for your branch-based account(s)

Your account will remain with the Society however you will no longer receive digital statements. If you would like to receive paper statements going forward, please contact us on 0800 0294 838 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
