Change of contact details
If you wish to amend your current contact details for example telephone number or E-mail address please contact your local branch.
Change of Name
Visit your branch
If you wish to amend your name you will need to attend your local branch with valid identification and the original document showing your new name, for example marriage certificate, Deed Poll or Decree NISI.
Write to us
Alternatively, you can forward a certified copy of the valid identification showing your new name to either your local branch or Head office.
Notification of death of a borrower
In times of loss and difficulty you can contact the Society for help and support on the various stages that have to be taken once you have informed us of the death of one of our borrowers. We understand that this can be an extremely hard time and we want to reassure you that we are here to make things as easy as possible for you.
We will guide you through the necessary steps that you are required to take. You can contact the Society’s dedicated Bereavement Support Team on 0800 029 4998 (our phone lines are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) or you can call into one of our many branches across Northern Ireland, if you would prefer to speak with someone face to face.
