Customer Loyalty and Experience Survey

The Society has commissioned Grant Thornton to ask for Member feedback on their experience with us.
Grant Thornton will email the survey to a selection of our Members. If you receive the email we would appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey.
You will not be asked for any personal or account details as part of this survey and it should only take five minutes to complete.
This survey is independent research and will help us improve the service we provide to you. The details of your individual responses will not be shared with the Society.
