Product Switch

Switching to a new deal could reduce your monthly payments.

It could also keep your monthly payments the same for a set period of time with a fixed rate deal. If eligible, you can switch to a new product up to 10 weeks before your existing mortgage deal ends; or anytime if you’re on our Standard Variable Rate (SVR).

Whether we provide credit will depend on your circumstances. You must be over 18. Lending terms and conditions apply.

You can switch your product with or without mortgage advice

When you apply to switch with advice, this means one of our mortgage advisors will recommend a mortgage product to you, based on your individual needs and circumstances. You can choose to apply without receiving advice, but you’ll be responsible for your product choice and any impact it may have.

Ways to switch your product

Switch online

Apply online without advice.

If you have received a letter from us, inviting you to switch online, you can proceed here.

You will need:

  • Your email address and your mobile phone number
  • Your unique registration code (this is on the first letter we sent you about your product switch. Please insert the letter 'C' at the beginning of the code.)
  • Your Mortgage Account Number (this on your latest mortgage statement)
