Progressive’s Christmas Facebook Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Facebook competition to win a Two Sisters hamper worth a value of £200.
2. All entrants to the Facebook competition must be Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over.
3. The competition is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with the competition.
4. Entrants do not need to be a Progressive Building Society Member.
5. To enter: ‘like’ Progressive Building Society’s Facebook page, ‘like’ the competition post and comment with your favourite Christmas cracker joke. You should retain the terms and conditions for your reference.
6. Entry to the competition is not open to employees of Progressive Building Society (hereafter referred to as ‘the promoter’) or anyone connected with the competition.
7. Entry to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
8. The closing date for entry is 11.59pm on Thursday, 16^th December 2021.The prize draw will be made on Friday 17^th December 2021 and the winner notified via Facebook by Monday 20^th December 2021.
9. Progressive Building Society reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or equivalent value. The prize is not transferrable. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person. Entry to the competition is deemed acceptance of these rules.
11. Entries from third parties or agents, bulk entries or incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.
12. The prize winner agrees to take part in any promotional activity in connection with the competition.
13. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner.
14. The prize winner must provide Progressive Building Society with relevant contact details in order to receive their prize.
15. Once adequate personal details have been provided by the winner to Progressive Building Society , the prizes will be posted within 3 working days.
16. The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.
17. The promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry.
18. The decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
19. The promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct or indirect result of the prize and/or the promotion.
