Over the past 100 years, we have kept our members at the heart of our decision making. This is something that all our staff hold true. This is a people business – we know how people’s lives change, the opportunities as well as the challenges.
We see our members as more than just customers, they are a part of the Society. One of the advantages of being a member of Progressive is that the Society belongs to you and not external shareholders. We invite our members along to the Society’s annual AGM where they can have their say or ask questions.
We value our members feedback and therefore conduct a number of member surveys throughout the year to highlight areas for improvement and to help us continually improve. For us, this is in part what mutuality is all about, knowing what our members need and reacting to it.
