Graeme joined the Society in 1981. His current role includes area and branch management with responsibility for business development, intermediary and network relationships, agencies, mortgage advice and supervision.
Branch Manager, Ballymena
On joining the Society in 1988, Wendy has progressed through a variety of investment and mortgage roles. Achieving CeMap qualification in 1999, Wendy advanced to the role of Mortgage Advisor as well as assisting with in-branch training, development and supervision. Wendy has completed ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management and joined the management team responsible for dedicated branch staff and area agencies.
Branch Manager, Bangor
Kerry has been employed by the Society since 1997. Kerry has held several roles both at Head Office and branch level. Kerry completed her Ce-Map in 2004 to qualify as a Mortgage Advisor prior to her transfer to Glengormley office in 2012. On 1st July 2018 Kerry became manager of the Bangor Branch.
Branch Manager, Wellington Place, Belfast
Kevin has been employed by the Society since 2004. He has held various roles within the Society, starting as a Customer Service Assistant in our Wellington Place Branch. Kevin qualified as a Mortgage Advisor in 2007 and in 2015, gained a Diploma in Mortgage Advice & Practice (DipMAP). He is now studying for a masters degree (MSc) in Leadership and Management.
Branch Manager, Coleraine
Lorraine joined the Society’s Coleraine Branch in July 1999 as a part time Customer Service Assistant. Lorraine progressed to full time and qualified as a Mortgage Advisor before moving into management in 2008.
Branch Manager, Derry/Londonderry
Noel joined the Society in 1987 and worked in both Belfast offices in a variety of roles. Noel was promoted to his current position in January 1996 when the Society opened it’s first branch in Derry/Londonderry.
Branch Manager, Enniskillen
Brenda has been employed by the Society since 2003 and has worked in the financial industry for 18 years. Brenda has had a variety of roles within the branch and was appointed Customer Service Manager in April 2013.
Branch Manager, Glengormley
Marina has been employed by the Society since 1993 and has vast experience in both lending and savings at a branch level. Starting as a cashier and mortgage administrator in Lisburn branch, Marina gained her CeMap qualification in 2003 and worked as a mortgage advisor for 11 years before moving to Wellington Place as Assistant Branch Manager in 2014. Marina became Wellington Place’s Customer Service Manager in 2016, before being promoted to Branch Manager of Glengormley branch in July 2018.
Branch Manager, Lisburn
Ian has been employed by the Society since 1987. He had held a variety of roles both in branches and Head Office. Ian has been Manager of our Lisburn Branch since 2010. He is a Chartered Banker and Chartered Secretary.
Branch Manager, Newtownards
Lyn has been employed by the Society since 1984. Starting in Wellington Place Branch Investment, Newtownards for 12 years then on to Lisburn where Lyn gained her Ce Map exams and progressed into mortgage advice. She has been Manager of the Newtownards Branch since 2007 and is responsible for the day to day running of the Branch, her 7 staff and 7 Agents.
Lyn played a key role in our Investors In People Accreditation in 2014.
Branch Manager, Omagh
Amanda has 30 years experience in financial services. Amanda has been with the Society since 1997 in a variety of roles including Customer Service Manager and was appointed to Branch Manager in 2008.
Branch Manager, Portadown
Lynne has been employed by the Society since 2004. Lynne started as a cashier, moving into mortgage advice, supervision and more recently, branch management. Lynne played a key role in our Investors In People Accreditation in 2014.
